S&OP Manager (Finance)

Overview

This is a skilled position with a primary responsibility to lead Kilgore Companies S&OP Projects.

This position will be responsible for providing the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and oversee S&OP across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly S&OP Deck using cross function input
• Facilitate S&OP meetings and collaboration
• Research Business Issues to define risks and opportunities
• Manage and Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Provide transparent production scheduling based on demand forecast
• Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement)
• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance the S&OP process
• Monitor forecast and production plan accuracy
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain forecast and production plans
• Inventory management: run comparisons of drone data to viewpoint and use drone data to check production values.
• Prepare and maintain processing plant models
• Assist with the implementation of future initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering Management is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience with S&OP, SIOP, or IBP is a plus
• Strong background in demand, supply & inventory planning across multiple sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of Kilgore Companies
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to perform data analysis as required.
• Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and resolve end to end planning
