Job Responsibilities
As a Sales BDC Agent, you will play a critical role in our sales process by connecting with prospective and returning customers, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and emails in a prompt and professional manner.Scheduling appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales consultants.Following up with past customers to generate repeat business and referrals.Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments and leads.Providing an exceptional customer experience and upholding the Gary Crossley Ford brand.
Qualifications
Were seeking candidates who are driven, personable, and have a passion for helping others. Qualifications include:
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales (automotive experience preferred but not required).Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn.High school diploma or equivalent.
