Location: Mountain View Post Acute, Ellensburg, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $16.66-$21.00 hourly DOE and seniority with Mtn View PA

Essential Duties:

• Assist with setup and support of physical and occupational therapy treatments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of treatment goals and safety precautions to support patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and therapy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and healthcare personnel to ensure proper patient care.
• Facilitate patient transfers, transportation, and other supportive tasks as directed by therapists.
• Prepare patient equipment and supplies, ensuring they are ready for treatments.
• Complete required documentation, including logs and billing forms, accurately and promptly.
• Ensure patient safety, including proper use of equipment, gait belts, and infection control techniques.
• Participate in rehab team meetings, training programs, and community-based events.
• Uphold company policies, including confidentiality, dress code, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with rehab team members to achieve operational goals and patient satisfaction.
