Metals Post Processor - 1st Shift (Finance)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metals Post Processor. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with post-processing techniques for 3D printed metal parts, including surface finishing. Our team requires an individual with exceptional meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for advancing additive manufacturing techniques through innovative post-processing approaches. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of our metal 3D printing workflows!

- Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
- In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based upon full company performance.

Educational Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience Preferred:
- Machine shop operations
- Dental or jewelry technician work
- Medical device manufacturing
- Manufacturing processes
- Metal, plastic, or wood finishing
- Strong verbal communication
- Creative problem-solving
- Leadership experience
Safety Requirements:
- Ability to wear Full Face, Half Face, and/or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (provided by 3D Systems) Fit-testing during hiring and annually
