The Biologic Administrative Assistant is a dynamic role which provides administrative support to help streamline the biologic enrollment process. Efficiently screens and direct calls and make appointments for the biologic process, as necessaryAssist Biologic Coordinator in collecting all necessary documentation to complete timely and accurate submission of prior authorizations for biologics, as necessaryInteracts with insurance companies, sales representatives, providers and patients as necessaryWorks directly with Biologic Coordinator to coordinate shipping, tracking, and inventory for biologicsRe-verify existing patient insurance coverage as neededCommunicates with specialty pharmacies, nurses and patients to track inventory for the biologic processOther duties as assigned
