Marketing Coordinator- Technical Marketing Specialist (Marketing)
Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator:
Proposal Support: Collaborate with the Contracting department to develop and refine marketing materials for proposals, solicitations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including spec sheets, product manuals, and presentations, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Image Management: Capture, edit, and manage product and project imagery for use in proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials. Data Analysis: Analyze technical data and market trends to support proposal development and identify potential opportunities. Content Creation: Write and edit technical content for various platforms, including proposals, spec sheets. Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to company branding guidelines and industry regulations. Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
Experience for Marketing Coordinator:
BS/BA in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools (including traditional and digital marketing) and content management systems. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
